These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of The Valóre Collection's website and the purchase of products from us. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

ABOUT US

The Valóre ("we", "us", "our") is a South African-based online retailer specialising in watches. We operate on a mixed local-stock and dropship fulfilment model, meaning some items ship from local stock and others from international partner suppliers.

PRODUCTS

We make every effort to display product images, descriptions, and specifications accurately. Minor variations in colour or finish may occur due to photography, screen display, or supplier batch differences.
All products are subject to availability. In the rare case an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you and offer a full refund or an alternative.

PRICING AND PAYMENT

All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable.
Payment must be received in full and cleared before an order is dispatched.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel and refund any order affected by a genuine pricing error, with notice to the customer.

ORDERS AND ACCEPTANCE

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for reasons including but not limited to stock unavailability, suspected fraud, or errors in pricing or product information.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Shipping timeframes, fees, and our On-Time Guarantee are set out in our separate Shipping and Delivery Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Returns and refunds are governed by our separate Return and Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

WARRANTY

Where applicable, watches are covered by the manufacturer's or supplier's warranty. Warranty terms, if any, will be specified on the individual product listing. This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2008.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Valóre Collection shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Nothing in these Terms limits any right or liability that cannot lawfully be limited under South African law, including the Consumer Protection Act.

All content on this website, including logos, images, and text, is the property of The Valóre Collection or its licensors and may not be used without permission.
